“I brought my STI straight to Turbo Lab after moving from the East Coast. When I arrived, the car wouldn't start, and I initially assumed it was because of the higher elevation. Adam was very helpful and explained all the steps needed to get the car running. They diligently tried to figure out why it wouldn’t start, showing great patience throughout the process. They checked various components and, in the end, focused on the timing belt. It turned out that my exhaust cam was two teeth out of alignment, which occurred while I was towing my car from Connecticut to Utah. The highways in Nebraska were so rough that my trailer bounced up and down, creating strong vibrations. I was only able to drive the truck with the trailer at 60 mph due to the vibration and movement, which likely caused the belt to shift. I spoke with my engine builder about what to do, and he advised me to retime the belt. Adam and the mechanic took care of this, and once they completed the timing, the car started up. It was then ready for some flex fuel tuning by Justin. Adam at Turbo Lab was incredibly helpful, keeping my car in the shop for almost a week while I figured out my MAP sensor for tuning. Both Adam and Justin waited patiently for me to obtain the necessary parts to ensure my car ran and was tuned correctly. The customer service throughout my experience was outstanding. Adam and Justin are great people who genuinely cared about my situation and were consistently friendly and helpful. Justin tuned my car exactly how I wanted, and I am very satisfied with the results. They worked extremely hard, and it shows in the quality of their work. I would recommend Turbo Lab shop and tuning without hesitation, giving them a perfect rating of 10/10.
