This policy explains what information Turbo Lab (1416 W Center St, Orem, UT) collects through this website and how we use it. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you request service, you give us your name, phone number, your vehicle, and, if you choose, your email, a message, and how you heard about us.
- How you found us. The page you came from and ad details in the link (like a Google Ads click ID or campaign name), so we can see which ads and pages bring in customers. When you tap our phone number or start a chat, we note the time and how you found us, so we can match it to the call or chat.
- How you use the site. Pages viewed, buttons tapped (like Call or Request), your general location by city, and your device type, collected by Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager using cookies.
- Visit recordings. On this website, Microsoft Clarity records how you scroll, tap, and move around each page, and notes whether you sent a request, tapped to call, or started a chat, so we can see what's hard to use and fix it. What you type into the form is hidden from these recordings. Clarity uses cookies, and Microsoft handles the data under its own privacy statement.
- Phone calls. Calls to the shop are recorded. Our phone and text system, Podium, keeps the recordings.
- Website chat. If you message us from the chat on this site, your name, phone number, and message go to Podium, the same system that handles our texts.
How we use it
- To call or email you back about your car and schedule the work.
- To keep records of the work we do, in our shop management system.
- To see which ads, pages, and search terms bring in customers, and to improve them.
- To show our ads on Google to people who visited this site.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone except the services that help us run the shop and this website.
Services we use
Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads, and Maps), Microsoft Clarity, our email delivery service, our website host, and our shop management software, and Podium for our phones, texts, and website chat. Each has its own privacy policy.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and change ad settings at adssettings.google.com. Blocking cookies also stops Clarity from recording your visit.
- You can ask us what we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing or calling us.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
